30-Day Returns Policy

At The Black Building Block, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your pendant for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Eligibility

Items must be:

• Returned within 30 days of receipt
• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging
• Include all original components (pendant, chain, box)

How to Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email teezed32@gmail.com with your order number
2. Provide a brief reason for the return
3. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
4. Ship the item back to us in the original packaging
5. We'll process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return

Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. You won't need to pay anything out of pocket.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return:

• We'll inspect the item (typically 2-3 business days)
• If approved, we'll process your refund
• The refund will appear in your original payment method within 7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Items that have been altered or customized
• Items without original packaging
• Items returned after 30 days

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at teezed32@gmail.com. We'll replace the item at no cost to you, including return shipping.
